3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

4. How can I track my order?

5. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Some of our products are handcrafted in regions such as Tibet 🏔️
After shipment, it may take 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear due to international transit and processing.
During this time:
- Your package is on its way to the international shipping center
- Tracking will update once it is scanned at the hub

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping information?
If you notice an error, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
