AuraKnots Refund & Return Policy

 

At AuraKnots, we strive to provide you with meaningful pieces that resonate with your spirit. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Windows & Eligibility

Non-Personalized Items (Standard Products): You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must not affect secondary sales.

Personalized/Customized Items: Please note that items crafted specifically for you (engraved, custom sizes, or bespoke designs) are NOT eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned:

① Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

② Personalized or custom-made products.

③ Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

④ Gift cards and final sale items. 

 

3. Damages and Issues

If your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@auraknots.com.

① We will provide a return shipping label for verified defective or incorrect items.

② Defects reported within a reasonable timeframe may qualify for a free replacement or a full refund.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility:
 For standard returns (non-defective), customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Tracking:
 We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. AuraKnots is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

① Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Exchanges: Once an exchange is processed, the new item is no longer eligible for a refund.
